Summit has Changed!

On January 8, 2015, the Orbis Cascade Alliance migrated the last of 36 libraries to the new shared integrated library system, a project that started with Linfield among the first to migrate in June 2013. As of January 20,  Summit requesting is also fully integrated.  You may not notice huge differences in how you find and request Summit items, but some things will change.
 
What is different?

• The link to summit.worldcat.org no longer functions ; use Linfield Library Search box, Everything search, for integrated Summit results.  When relevant, you will see a link to "Signin to request Summit and other options."  Once signed in with catnet ID, requesting items via Summit will be faster than in the past.


• If you do not find books, videos, etc. that  you are looking for, try the WorldCat drop down search.  This will expand searching beyond the 37 library consortium to materials worldwide. 

• Reminder: Advance Sign-In will always offer the best results,  In addition, you have easy access to My Account and E-Shelf features which allow you to save search results.
